CRANBERRY NUT MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello (or raspberry)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 apple, diced
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Heat cranberry sauce and strain. Mix liquid, boiling water and Jello until completely dissolved. Add lemon juice and salt. Chill until slightly thickened, (45 minutes to 1 hour). Add mayonnaise and beat with hand mixer or rotary beater until fluffy. Fold in reserved cranberries, apple and nuts. Mix and chill. Serve in a pretty crystal bowl, or you can mold it. Chill several hours until firm.
