CRANBERRY MOLDED SALAD 
1/2 lb. ground cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. orange pineapple Jello
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (use juice from pineapple and water to make 1 c. liquid)
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained

Mix cranberries with sugar and allow to stand 1 hour. Add hot water to Jello. Combine all ingredients and pour into mold. Chill.
