PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, including juice

Icing:

1/2 stick butter
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Bake 350°F 45 minutes.
