ORANGE JUICE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. soft butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. fresh orange juice, pulp may be included

Cream together sugar, butter and eggs; add salt. Mix baking powder, soda and flour; add alternately with orange juice to creamed mixture, beating after each addition. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into 9"x13" cake pan, greased and floured. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Frost or serve with whipped cream.

This recipe is really good. I suggest that you add some cinnamon to the recipe, it makes it taste a little spice in it.
