2 c. water 1 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. seafood seasoning Bring above ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Add: Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 10 minutes or just until fish is cooked. Cut or break into bite-size pieces. Serve with melted butter blended with lemon juice, if desired. Serves 3-4. |
