SPIKED APPLE PIE 
6 tart green apples thinly sliced
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. brandy
1 unbaked pie crust
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar

In large bowl mix all dry ingredients, add apples and coat, place in unbaked pie shell, pour brandy over. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Beat sour cream, egg and sugar, and pour over pie, bake 12 minutes longer. Sprinkle pie with cinnamon and sugar. Cool to room temperature and serve.
