FROZEN PEACH JAM 
2 c. crushed peaches
4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water

Put peaches in a large bowl. Add sugar and set aside. In a pan, add water and pectin. Boil 1 minute. Pour over peaches, stir 3 minutes. Cool and put into canning pints (sterilized) and freeze. Serves 6.

NOTE: The same recipe can be used with strawberries or raspberries.
