PEACH & BLUEBERRY JAM 
4 c. chopped peaches
4 c. fresh blueberries
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick cinnamon
1/2 tsp. whole cloves
1/4 tsp. whole allspice

Combine berries and peaches and add lemon juice and water; cover, bring to boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add sugar, salt and spices in a bag. Boil rapidly until thickens. Remove from heat and remove spice bag. Pour into sterilized jars. Makes about 9 half pints.

I love this jam! Halved the sugar and added cornstarch to help thicken.
