PIZZA BAKE 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
2 tbsp. Bisquick baking mix
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cook and stir sausage, onion, pepper and seasoning until brown; drain. Stir in sauce and baking mix (2 tablespoons Bisquick), and put in small roaster. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat 1 cup baking mix, milk and egg with beater; pour over Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake until golden, 20 minutes.
