CHINESE CASSEROLE | |
2 tins solid tuna, drained 1 tin cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water 1 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. minced onion 1 c. cashews or peanuts 2 c. chow mein noodles Mix tuna, mushroom soup, and water in casserole dish. Refrigerate. Add remaining ingredients when ready to bake, reserve 1 cup chow mein noodles to sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. |
