CHINESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 can pimento, cut up
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Pour water over soup mix and let stand. Brown meat and spoon into casserole dish. Brown celery, onions, and mushrooms lightly with 2 tablespoons reserved grease. Mix all above with remaining ingredients in dish and bake at 225 degrees for 2 hours. Stir after first half hour. Serve with Chinese noodles and soy sauce. Serves 4-6.
