MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. bag cheese flavored Dorito chips
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef, onions and chili powder; drain. Add 1 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped. mix the soups together and set aside. Put 1/2 package Doritos in baking dish. Add 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 soup mixture and 1/2 cheese mixture. Continue layering until all used. Stop with crushed Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30-40 minutes.
