RICE HAWAIIAN DESSERT 
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream, whipped or Cool Whip
2 c. cold cooked rice
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Combine pineapple, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Fold in cream, rice and coconut. Chill for several hours. Makes 6 servings.
