HAWAIIAN RICE SALAD | |
1 lg. or 2 sm. cans pineapple chunks 3 c. rice, cooked 1/4 c. almonds, sliced 1/4 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. flaked coconut 1/4 c. Maraschino cherries, chopped 2 tsp. sugar Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Cut pineapple chunks in half. Combine rice, pineapple, coconut, almonds and cherries in mixing bowl. Blend sour cream, sugar, salt and reserved juice. Pour over rice mixture, toss lightly. 6 servings. |
