MISSISSIPPI MUD BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Put butter in 2 quart bowl, microwave on high 1 minute. Stir in sugar and eggs set aside combine dry ingredients, add to eggs. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 8 inch square pan. Place on top of inverted bowl microwave 6 to 7 minutes. Turn dish cook 2 to 3 minutes. Set to cool. Sprinkle with marshmallow. Cover with foil for 2 minutes. Remove foil. Spread with chocolate frosting; cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
