HOT CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, thawed or fresh broccoli
3 c. cooked chicken cubes (white meat)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
4-5 hard boiled eggs (I use only the white)
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Diced celery

Add chicken, celery, almonds and eggs to soup and mayonnaise mixture. Toss lightly and put on top of broccoli which you have put in the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Cover chicken mixture with shredded mild cheddar chese. Finally cover chicken mixture with crushed potato chips. Bake 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven.
