2 tbsp. butter
3 med. potatoes
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. powdered salad dressing
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Pinch of salt

Melt butter. Scrub potatoes, cut into wedges, roll wedges in butter. Combine balance and sprinkle over potatoes. Microwave for 10 minutes.
