FESTIVE SEAFOOD CHEESE SPREAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. dairy sour cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Sea Mix salad, thawed and drained 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 2 oz. jar diced pimiento, drained 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion 1 tbsp sp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce 1 box crackers In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes). If desired, reserve 1/4 cup each Sea Mix and cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients except crackers. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors. Garnish with Sea Mix and cheese. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups. |
