WARM SEAFOOD SPREAD | |
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. sealegs, flaked 2 tbsp. milk 2 tsp. prepared horseradish 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion 2 tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted Fresh parsley Assorted crackers Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, milk, horseradish and onion; mix well. Spread in 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with almonds and garnish with parsley. Serve warm with assorted crackers. Microwave directions: Prepare seafood mixture as directed above. Spread in 9 inch microwave-safe pan. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on MEDIUM for 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring twice during cooking. Stir again. Garnish and serve as directed above. |
