SEAFOOD CHEESE SPREAD | |
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 tsp. horseradish 1 tsp. chili powder 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained, flaked 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can tiny shrimp, drained 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/3 c. sliced green onion (scallions) Combine cheeses, horseradish, and chili powder. Stir in remaining ingredients. Line a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap. Spoon in mixture, cover, chill. Unmold, sprinkle with 1/4 cup (or more) toasted sliced almonds. Serve with assorted crackers. |
