FESTIVE FAJITAS | |
(Makes 8 fajitas) 4 (5 oz.) chicken breasts 2 (9 oz.) cans Frito Lay's brand picante sauce 1/2 c. salad oil 3 tbsp. lime or lemon juice 2 med. onions, cut in strips 4 med. red and green bell peppers (2 of each) 1/4 c. butter 8 (6 inch) flour tortillas 2 (9 oz.) cans Frito lay's brand nacho cheese dip Marinate chicken in contents of 1 can Frito Lay's brand picante sauce, 1/4 cup oil and 3 tablespoons lime or lemon juice for several hours. Broil chicken until done. Cool for easier cutting. Saute' peppers and onions in 1/4 cup oil and butter until almost soft. Cut chicken into strips and add to peppers and onions. Add Frito Lay's brand nacho cheese dip and heat thoroughly. Wrap in flour tortillas (warmed) and serve with 1 can Frito Lay's brand picante sauce on top. Serves 6 to 8. |
