STIR - FRY FAJITAS 
1 lb. boneless stir-fry beef strips
1 lb. green pepper
1 med. sweet onion
1 clove garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil (butter)
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. beef flavor bouillon
Flour tortillas
Salsa
Sour cream
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Flour tortillas, warmed

In large skillet; cook beef, green peppers, onions, bouillon and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender and crisp. Stir in lemon juice and Italian seasoning; heat through. Serve meat mixture in tortillas, top with salsa and sour cream. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
