PASTA PRIMAVERA MARINARA 
3 c. marinara sauce
olive oil cooking spray
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. broccoli florets
1 carrot, cut into 1/2-inch long matchsticks
1 red bell pepper, sliced in 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 lb. large pasta shells or rotini
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and put in a large bowl. Set aside. In medium saucepan, warm marinara sauce, stirring constantly. Meanwhile, in a large skillet coated with cooking spray, add the garlic; saut 1 or 2 minutes. Add broccoli, carrot and pepper; saut until tender. Add to the marinara sauce. Mix well. Then add to the pasta; mix well. Garnish with cheese.

Yield: 6 servings.
