DAIRY CASSEROLE 
8 oz. med. egg noodles
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. chopped green peppers

Cook egg noodles until done. Drain and stir in 1 tablespoon butter. Set aside. Brown 1 1/2 pounds hamburger. Season it to taste. Drain off excess fats. Add 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce and 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for a few minutes. Stir together 8 ounce cream cheese, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, green onions and green peppers.

In a buttered casserole dish put 1/2 of noodles on bottom. Cover with cheese mixture. Place remaining noodles over cheese mixture and top this with the beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If made ahead and cooled, heat approximately 45-50 minutes.
