DAIRY & HAMBURG CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. noodles, med. size
1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Cook noodles; drain. Brown beef in 1 tablespoon butter. Drain fat off meat. Add tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream with softened cream cheese. Add onions and green pepper. Butter large casserole and spread half noodles on bottom. Cover with cheese mixture. Put remaining noodles on top. Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter over noodles. Top with tomato -beef mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
