CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 chicken breasts, par-boiled
5 slices buttered cubed bread, lightly toasted
1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Enough milk added to soup to make 1 cup
3 eggs, beaten
Salt
Pepper

Cut chicken into small pieces. Alternate chicken and bread crumbs and cheese in baking dish. End with cheese on top. Add soup mixture and beaten eggs; pour over top and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Bake until just bubbly and brown. Serves 6-8.
