MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs, slightly beaten
25 crackers, crumbled
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. onions
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper

Put meat in a medium bowl. Add salt, pepper, beaten eggs, crackers, catsup and onions. Make sure everything is mixed together very well. Put into a greased loaf dish or shape into a loaf and put into the middle of a small square baking dish.

Mix: 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. mustard

Top meatloaf with a strip of bacon and the sauce. Put foil on top and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Take foil off last 30 minutes so meatloaf will brown.
