SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. celery
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 c. half & half cream
2 lb. crabmeat
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (yellow)
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Salt & pepper
1 sm. box Uncle Bens wild rice, cook as directed on box
1 lb. sm. steamed shrimp
2 tsp. tarragon leaves, optional

Saute onion, green pepper and celery in 1/4 pound butter. Add soups (undiluted). Pour in half and half, almonds, etc. (Everything, including cooked rice.) Mix well. Add the crabmeat and shrimp. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Serves 12-15 people.
