GERMAN SAUSAGE | |
1 head cabbage 1 lb. Eckrich sausage 1 sm. onion (chopped) 3 tbsp. mustard 3 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. vinegar Cut up cabbage in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil. Chop onion and add to cabbage. Cook over a medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add sausage and cook 10 minutes. Add additional ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low an additional 5-10 minutes, then serve. |
