10-15 potatoes
1 lb. Polish or German sausage
1 (16 oz.) bottle Creamy Italian Dressing

1. Peel, dice and cook potatoes.

2. Slice Polish (or German) sausage and cook with a small onion, chopped.

3. Put cooked potatoes and sausage in a crock pot.

4. Salt and pepper to taste.

5. Add Creamy Italian Dressing.

6. Mix ingredients.

7. Turn crock pot to low and heat

8. Serve hot.

Note: Easy to take to covered-dish luncheon.
