HAM SOUFFLE 
12-16 slices sandwich bread
8 slices American cheese or mild Cheddar
8 slices boiled ham or luncheon meat
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Place 8 slices of bread in bottom of well-buttered oblong pan. Top each slice with cheese and ham. Top with remaining slices of bread. Mix egg, milk, and seasoning together and pour over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, sprinkle with corn flakes and pour melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. May cover corn flakes with foil if becoming too brown.
