HOT CHEESE BREAD 
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 tbsp. poppy seed
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a round layer pan, 8 x 1 1/2 inches. Blend egg, milk and Bisquick with fork to form soft dough. Stir in half the cheese. Spread dough in pan.

Sprinkle remaining cheese and the poppy seed over top. Drizzle with butter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. 6-8 servings.
