Lettuce
Pineapple rings, sliced
Mayonnaise (optional)
Bananas
Maraschino cherries

Place lettuce leaf on salad plate. Place pineapple ring on lettuce. Place 1/2 banana in ring vertically. Put 1/2 cherry on top of banana for flame. Dribble mayonnaise from top of banana down along side to resemble dripping wax.
