GRAPENUTS PUDDING 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Grapenuts
1 lemon, lg.
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar and cream of tartar until stiff. Cream butter with 3/4 cup sugar. Add egg yolks. Mix flour and Grapenuts. Add alternately with milk and lemon juice to mixture. Add lemon rind. Fold in egg whites. Bake in an 8 x 8 inch or a 7 x 11 inch pan which is placed in a larger pan containing 1 inch hot water, for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
