WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
2 c. white sugar 8 oz. sour cream 1 stick butter 12 oz. grated white chocolate 7 oz. marshmallow creme 3/4 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Bring sugar, sour cream and butter to a full boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 7 minutes over medium to high heat. Remove from heat and stir in grated chocolate, marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Stir until well blended and pour into a greased dish. Cool, then cut into squares. Makes 2 1/2 pounds. |
