SOUTH OF THE BORDER CASSEROLE 
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. corn chips
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (1 lb.) can chili without beans
1 (1 lb.) can chili with beans
1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn

Saute onion and butter. Reserve 1 cup cheese. Combine remaining ingredients. Cover; bake at approximately 350 degrees until all ingredients are blended and heated throughout. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake until this is melted.
