HOT CHICKEN SALADS 
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. blanched, slivered almonds
1/4 c. chopped dill strips
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. grated process American cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients. Combine chicken and next 4 ingredients. Toss with mayonnaise mixture. Place in 6x10x12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed potato chips. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley or pickle fans. Makes 5-6 servings.

4 cups chicken = 8 servings. 4 chicken breasts = 4 cups diced chicken.
