ALL - IN - ONE CHICKEN DINNER 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves

Cook broccoli and onion in 1/2 cup boiling water. Drain. Place chicken in bottom of 8 inch square baking dish. Cover with combined broccoli and onion; top with rice. Heat process cheese spread, milk and thyme over low heat; stir until sauce is smooth. Pour sauce over rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 6 servings.
