CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg. carrot, shredded
1/4 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 can cream soup - either chicken, celery or mushroom
Pepper to taste
Grated cheese

Saute broccoli, onion and carrot in butter in saucepan until tender. Stir in soup and milk. Heat on low heat just until hot. Sprinkle with cheese as you serve.
