BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 c. chopped broccoli
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 c. butter
2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
White pepper
Paprika

Melt butter, simmer onion and carrot for a while; add broccoli. Cover and cook until tender. Add milk and undiluted soup. Cook until thickened. Sprinkle pepper and paprika on each bowl. Add 1 cup shredded cheese for Broccoli-Cheese Soup.
