BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SOUP 
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
1 can cream of onion soup
3/4 c. soft cheese
1 qt. or more milk
1 c. carrots, grated
1 tbsp. butter

Cut broccoli in small slices and boil in water until tender. Add soup, cheese and milk. Saute carrots in butter for a few minutes. Add to soup and heat.
