GOLDEN BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed creamy natural potato soup
1 soup can milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a 3 quart microwave-safe casserole, combine broccoli, carrots, onion and water. Cover with lid; microwave on High 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

In small bowl, stir soup until smooth. Stir in milk, cheese and pepper; mix well. Stir into vegetables. Cover; microwave on High 8 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring twice during cooking. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Makes 4 cups or 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
