TURKEY AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
A good way to use up leftover turkey and dressing.

2 c. leftover dressing
1 1/2 to 2 c. cut-up cooked turkey
2 c. leftover gravy OR 16 oz. can chicken gravy
1 c. dairy sour cream
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley

Spread dressing in lightly greased 9-inch square pan. Top with turkey. Combine gravy, sour cream, and mushrooms and spoon over turkey. Sprinkle with almonds and parsley. Can be frozen, or bake in preheated 350 degree oven 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4 to 6.
