4 c. sliced apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Mix apples, sugar, oil and beaten eggs. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Pour into 9x13 baking pan and put in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
