SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/8 sm. onion, chopped
Butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Dash of salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
2 c. cooked rice
3 c. shrimp
Buttered bread crumbs

Saute celery and onion in a little butter. Combine with broccoli, salt, soup, cheese and water chestnuts. Fold in cooked rice and shrimp. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in a 2 quart casserole 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
