CREAMY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter (soft)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5-6 tbsp. milk, divided

In medium mixing bowl combine 2 cups powdered sugar and cocoa. Add butter and vanilla. Blend at low speed. Blend in 2 tablespoons milk until frosting is smooth and of desired consistency.

Frosts and fills two 8 or 9 inch round layers or one 9x13 inch cake generously.
