5 HOUR STEW 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. stew meat (do not brown)
3 carrots
5 potatoes
1 onion
1 can tomato soup (or) stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. tapioca

Mix together and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
