5 HOUR STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
4 potatoes
4 lg. carrots
1 c. celery
1 lg. onion
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 slice bread, broken up
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. salt

Cut vegetables up into large pieces. Put into Dutch oven with rest of ingredients and bake 5 hours at 315 degrees. DO NOT PEEK!

I like to double for company.
