MAGIC OVEN STEW 
2 lb. beef stew meat
5 stalks celery
2 or 3 onions
6 carrots
3 or 4 potatoes, can add more
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can tomato sauce, add water

Grease 11 x 7 1/2 x 2 pan lightly. Line bottom with meat. Arrange carrots and potatoes on top of meat; then onions and celery. Combine salt, pepper, tapioca and sugar and sprinkle over all. Add tomato sauce. Cover pan tightly with heavy foil. Do Not Peek.

Bake 4 hours at 275°F.

Note: Can mix everything up in pan and then bake. Can add more vegetables if needed.
