SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. sausage
8 eggs
1/4 onion, chopped
1 pkg. Velveeta cheese
1/4 bell pepper (optional), chopped
1 (9 inch) pie crust

Bake pie crust until lightly golden brown them cook sausage and onion in bell pepper until done. Drain grease, scramble eggs in with sausage and cook until eggs are done.

Pour into pie crust and pour cheese over top. Bake until cheese is melted or lightly brown on top. Bake at 350 degrees.
